Natural Calm + Banana a Day


We all know the saying: "Apple a day keeps a doctor away". Add to this another one: "Banana a day keeps night leg cramps away". Banana is on the list of the foods that are rich in potassium and the one that is quite likable by all and always available in supermarket.  And potassium is one of the two minerals that are essential for the health of our nerve system.
